Facilitated the creation of a new image for this church in rural Vermont, while continuing to perform pastoral duties.  Worked with church membership and the greater community to open communication and increase utilization of the facility.  Instituted monthly free community meal and co-edited newsletter.  Assisted in the development of budgets and capital campaigns, addressing the needs of corresponding growth.


Represented the church on several local community boards dealing with issues such as elder care and housing, and emergency assistance.  Provided oversight of building use and maintenance.
